What we collect

  • Account info: email address, hashed password
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps
  • Content you create: trade plans, preferences, chat history with the AI
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type (for security and debugging)

What we don't collect

  • Brokerage credentials — we never ask for them, we cannot trade on your behalf
  • Credit card data — payment processing (when paid plans launch) is handled by a third-party processor
  • Information from third parties without your consent

How we use your data

To provide the Service, secure your account, debug issues, improve the system, and (where relevant) send transactional emails (e.g. signup confirmation). We do not sell your data.

AI processing

Your chat messages and trade plans are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses. Anthropic processes inputs per their data policy and does not retain content for training by default for API customers. Your data does not leave the AI provider's pipeline.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in the Singapore region. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow Supabase's security recommendations including Row Level Security on all user tables.

Your rights

You may request export of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or full deletion at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. Account deletion removes personal data and content, though we may retain anonymised aggregates.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
