Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Confluence Desk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By signing up you represent that this is true.
3. The Service
The Service is a decision-support tool for traders. It provides chart analysis, market context, event-driven analysis, and AI-assisted reasoning. It is NOT a brokerage, a financial advisory service, or an automated trading system. See the Disclaimer for the full position on what the Service is not.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) attempt to access other users' data, (c) automate access in ways that strain our infrastructure, (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes, (e) resell or redistribute outputs without permission.
6. Data and content
You retain ownership of content you submit (trade plans, preferences, notes). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content to provide the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the system.
7. AI outputs
The Service uses third-party AI models. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or contradictory. You must independently verify any AI-generated content before acting on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI outputs.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; on deletion we remove your personal data per the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts unless required otherwise by applicable law.
